With weekly practice in a short time you will see incredible results in your body and in your psychosynthesis.
You do not need to have previous physical practice experience.

Hatha Yoga

The general context of a Hatha Yoga class is:

    focusing and warming up.
    Sun Salutation.
    different postures (asana).
    10 to 15 minutes of relaxation.

Generally a Yoga class also includes 10 minutes of breathing techniques (Pranayama).

Nidra yoga is becoming more and more popular in the West. Doing Yoga Nidra after a busy day is the best you can offer yourself.
It relaxes your body and brings your mind to a state of deep calm and harmony.

It is a practice where one stays between waking and sleeping.
The practitioner relaxes lying down comfortably. The teacher uses a variety of techniques, guiding the trainee who is fully aware of what is happening.

Through practice, the student cultivates his inner awareness and at each end of the lesson he feels a sense of completion and fullness.
